Standard home inspection fees start at $260.00. Fees increase based upon the homes size, age, and location. Once we have that information we can provide a firm quote.
Condominium inspections, excluding exterior of the home, start at $220.00
Radon air testing, using a continuous monitor, generally adds $100.00 to a home inspection.
Standard wood destroying insect inspection (termite) generally adds $60.00 to a home inspection.

House utilities must be on and systems operable with usual homeowner controls. The inspection is of items visible and readily accessible. Snow cover, storage etc. limits the extent of the inspection. Our home inspections typically include:

- Driveways, walkways, steps, patios, decks, retaining walls

Attending the inspection is very important! When defects are found they are shown to you and discussed, so you have a better understanding of their significance. You will also learn valuable information regarding maintenance you should perform to keep the house in top condition.
